If we're not positively contributing, we don't want money. It's that simple. In an IT & Consulting industry where everyone is helping just enough to make money, we only charge enough so that we can maximize the value we provide our clients.
We build up your environment, your systems, and your playbooks. You own your contracts and your data, we just manage it via whatever access you agree to give us.
We'll never hold your business over your head, and we'll help you understand which vendors are responsible for what services so you know who you're paying for what and why.
You pay us for labor only, and our flexible contract options put you fully in control of how intertwined our paths forward are.
We don't have salespeople. This isn't some semantic nonsense where we have a sales team and we just call them "customer care outreach" either.
We do not have any dedicated team members for sales. We provide a technical service that we're constantly improving, and we can't trust an isolated sales team to represent our service catalog with 100% accuracy.
So Solution Engineering is just one of many roles our Engineers are trained in and frequently rotated in and out of. If extra support is needed, new solutions are paused while our engineers focus on work already under contract.
